Gloomyit occurs usually from constant bending of the elbow, which irritates the ulnar nerve, and leads to numbing in the ring and pinky fingers. later, it leads to pain.
soooo.
when i pixel, i lean extremely close to my monitor, and thus bend my elbow.
because of that, i've decided that i need to take a 4-6 week break from ports, until my conservative treatment works a bit more.
i am improving right now, and i don't get the numbness anymore because i've been a lot more careful with my elbow, but i want to wait a bit more before diving back into things.
p.s. i still have to upload a preview of playboy's port.
